Sign-Ups are open for this queer ya contemporary 🩷💙

Hi everyone! Are you ready to see our next tour sign-ups?

We are so excited to be able to bring you a Creative Book Tour for Camila Núñez's Year of Disasters, written by Miriam Zoila Pérez. Out on 18th March from Page Street! The tour will run from 18th to 24th March 2025 and we'd love your help to promote this book.

Camila Núñez's Year of Disasters is a queer contemporary romance about a teen who is forced to confront her fears about the future after a birthday tarot reading ominously predicts events that challenge her relationships and innermost worries.

This tour is open internationally to book influencers who can share their thoughts on the book in an Instagram feed post and share a creative reel, a TikTok, or a blog post. If selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us within a week.

Digital copies will be available for all tour hosts while physical copies will only be available for US & CAN-based hosts.

Here's the cover:

Cuban American Camila Núñez has always been afraid of the future. She’s been working hard to keep her anxieties in check, but with so many new experiences―her first queer love, trouble with her dog walking job, her mother’s judgments about her body, learning to drive, her father being too busy with work―there’s just so much to worry about.

So when Camila’s best friend gives her a tarot card reading for her sixteenth birthday, she believes it when the cards predict terrible things to come. As the year unfolds, the cards seem to be spot-on―is her papi having an affair? Will her best friend’s love life ruin their friendship? Are all her relationships doomed to fail?

Whether she’s ready or not, Camila will have to reckon with all the ways her fear about the future is ruining her life and learn to find peace amidst it all.

Thank you for signing up for our tours! However, please keep in mind that signing up does not guarantee you a spot on the tour since copies are very limited. We always consider both small and big accounts that love to read and engage with the book community.

All the best,
